Parties to the Contract
This usage agreement is signed between Soesso.com and soesso.com.tr providing the services specified on the website and Soesso Dış Tic. Singing. Ltd. The use of the services offered on the SOESSO site and the services to be purchased between the legal and real persons (referred to as the Customer or the account holder) who will receive services from the Company will be deemed to have been signed with the following clauses and conditions.
This contract is deemed to have been signed with the customer receiving service and the parties declare, accept and undertake that the information written in this contract is correct. All customers can read all contracts on our website, which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The subject of the contract
Determining the mutual rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts and all other legal regulations and practices regarding the purchase/sale of the following services and products, which the customer has ordered electronically from the website of SOESSO constitutes the subject of this contract.
Following the signing/acceptance/approval of the contract in the virtual environment, the Customer, by participating in the signing/acceptance/approval of this contract, reads and understands the contract and the Terms of Service as an inseparable and indivisible whole from this contract and that SOESSO will make it on the website from time to time. It accepts, declares and undertakes to abide by all the terms and conditions in this Agreement, including additional or different terms, conditions and policies, including updates and regulations, and to act in accordance with all terms and conditions.
Products subject to the contract
It is the service of the CUSTOMER's rental server, virtual server, hosting and other services of SOESSO having the qualifications mentioned in the contract, and the sales price is determined through the website of SOESSO or by e-mail sent to the CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER, basic characteristics of the service subject to sale, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, etc. It accepts and declares that it has knowledge of all preliminary information and the right of withdrawal regarding the service subject to sale, that it reads and confirms this preliminary information in electronic environment and then orders the product, in accordance with the provisions of this contract.
By confirming the preliminary information electronically, the CUSTOMER confirms that he has obtained the address, basic features of the ordered products and services, the Turkish Lira price excluding taxes, payment and delivery information correctly and completely before the conclusion of the distance contracts.
Apart from this, SOESSO is not obliged to check whether the customer sites are working or not. All customers have to check their own site. In case of possible site failure, SOESSO is only obliged to provide support if the customer reports the problem.

SOESSO will provide the services delivered as an order at the request of its customers, if the payment is made in advance. SOESSO is not obliged to provide services for services that are not paid in advance or canceled in bank records.
After the acceptance of the order and the approval of the transactions, SOESSO will send all the information and passwords related to the service in the customer order details to the customer via e-mail and the service will start. The responsibility of the relevant accounts and passwords is the responsibility of the customer, and the customer is also responsible for the damage and loss that may arise from these issues.
SOESSO, within the limits of the service it provides
